Jackson County raised my assessed value 35% from $310,000 to $417,200, but with RE/MAX professional data to present to the appeal board, I was SUCESSFUL in getting a REDUCTION in value of $ 97,200. She then gave us good advice on when to put an offer in, and helped us negotiate to get a fair deal for both parties. She hasn’t left us either… she is there for all the after we moved in questions, sends regular emails checking on us and giving us tips and tricks to help turn our house into a home.
